All of your information must be fact-based. In other words, you should be able to find evidence. This should not be based on another person's personal experiences at a college. While that may be something to consider when you make your choice, it is not the purpose of this assignment.
Grading: 30 points I will assess for thoroughness, expression, and writing mechanics.
