In-class essay for Friday, Nov. 11 (based on "Dalai Lama: Behind Our Anxiety, the Fear of Being Unneeded.")
The Dalai Lama states that we should wake everyday and ask ourselves, " 'What can I do today to appreciate the gifts that others offer me? ' "
